A Survey on Voltage Stability in Wind Farm using Facts Devices Connected in a Grid
Wind turbine is a device which is used to transform wind kinetic energy into electrical energy. The wind turbine consists of three important organisms that are capture the wind energy, point the turbine into wind and the process of the turbine start, stop and the control process. Voltage variability is the one of the disadvantage of the wind turbine. This paper presents a survey on the various voltage stability techniques using different FACTS devices and induction generators increasing performance, reactive power compensation and voltage variation.
